Like any other MBA student, Vigil Venugopal was apprehensive as the summer placement was approaching. It was his final year at OP Jindal Global Business School and his specialisation at the MBA programme was Marketing and Analytics. With immense speculations about placements among his fellow students and professors, the pressure was mounting on him. The least he required from placements was a package of 6-7 lakhs per annum to give his career a decent start.
