The Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE) has launched Asia’s 1st Master’s Programme in Traffic management. IRTE’s College of Traffic management (CTM) has worked on many initiatives regarding road safety and traffic management in past.
According to a statement of Rohit Baluja, President, IRTE, a maximum of 30 seats are being offered to include in-service participation and students from South East Asia. He states, “The first Global Masters of Science in Traffic Management has been given approval by the Government of Haryana and Maharshi Dayanand University to be conducted at IRTE’s College of Traffic Management from August 2018.”
Transport and traffic engineering, driver training and fleet management, road safety audits, road crash investigations, traffic engineering, forensic engineering, road asset financing and post-crash management are the topics that will be covered in this course.
