Like every other achiever, the main key to my success was hard work, a good timetable, support from parents and teachers and competition with my batch mates.
Honestly, my success story was not like other stereotypical toppers who say that they left social media for securing good marks in board exams… I was perhaps the most active person on Instagram during my 10th! Yes, I did the immense amount of hard work. During regular school days my study hours ranged from 4-5 hours and during exam days, it leaped to 14-15 hours per day! Indeed, this exam pressure proved favorable for me! I was supported immensely by my parents and other family members. My father taught me Chemistry and Maths, my mother taught me Biology, my grandmother taught me Sanskrit and my grandpa taught me Physics. Well, everyone in my family is a teacher! I was inspired by my grandpa who topped in U.P. in class 10. My teachers loved me immensely and cleared all my stupid doubts. Those days when I studied from 7 in the morning till 4 of the next morning, with the break of 3-4 hours and 3-4 cups of black coffee, were the marks of my struggle; and the journey of class 10! Best of luck to everyone reading this.

MARKS OBTAINED /OUT OF TOTAL 585/600
It was the result of perseverance and consistency. My studying hours were not fixed. I never studied for the purpose of acing an exam, but for imbibing knowledge. The thought of achieving my aim provoked me to improve my performance.
I dedicate my success to my parents, my siblings, and mentors who guided me at every step of my preparation and made me get through the exams. I owe my performance solely on self-study and clearing doubts all by myself. I didn’t go to any coaching institute as I think subjective study can be mastered without any dependency. My message to all my juniors is that study to consume knowledge rather than for obtaining good marks.

Constant hard work, patience and determination has helped me achieve my target. I did not go to any coaching class and studied myself. I studied according to a weekly plan and followed it strictly. Revising topics again and again has really helped. I referred to a number of sample papers after finishing my full course. Sometimes I had to study for 9-10 hours a day to achieve my daily target. I listened to music and read J.K Rowling, Paulo Coelho and Jane Austen to keep my mind fresh. I am very pleased with my result. I am happy and thrilled that my hard work has paid off.
