In the heart of Jhansi, a small town that cradled dreams, my journey in education commenced, brimming with hope and ambition. Little did I know that this odyssey would stretch across 25 enriching years, leading me from northern India to the bustling streets of Mumbai and, ultimately, to the tranquil landscapes of Kerala. Jhansi, with its warm community, kindled the fire of my passion for teaching. Each day unfurled fresh opportunities to inspire young minds. As I nurtured their aspirations, they, in turn, enriched my life with boundless enthusiasm and insatiable curiosity. From Jhansi, my teaching journey carried me to Delhi and eventually to Ahmedabad, where I delved into the transformative realm of education leadership. Ahmedabad wasn’t just a city; it was a treasure trove of knowledge and mentorship.

Here, I delved into global education, absorbing inclusivity and insights that would mould me as an education leader. Then, life unveiled an unexpected chapter – Mumbai. The city’s dynamic energy and diversity offered a new canvas for my educational dreams. Mumbai welcomed me, and I was eager to make a significant difference in this bustling metropolis. In the heart of Mumbai, I donned the hat of an edupreneur. My vision was crystalline: to craft innovative and inclusive learning experiences that would sculpt the future leaders of our society. It wasn’t just about imparting knowledge; it was about nurturing holistic growth and instilling a lifelong passion for learning. While Mumbai became my home, Kerala found a special place in my heart. It became my second home, where our school left a substantial and positive impact on education. The warmth and love of the people of Kerala have been truly heartwarming.

Over these years, I’ve been fortunate to touch the lives of numerous students, each with unique dreams and aspirations. Observing their evolution into confident, compassionate individuals ready to conquer the world has been profoundly rewarding. This journey has been fulfilling, not just because of the lives I’ve touched, but also due to the love, recognition, and respect received from students, colleagues, and the educational community. These acknowledgments fueled my unwavering pursuit of innovation and educational excellence. The power of education has been my unwavering belief. It’s a journey of growth, empathy, and enlightenment that extends beyond textbooks and classrooms. As I reflect on these 25 years, I’m brimming with gratitude – for the small town that nurtured my teaching spirit, for the diverse metropolis of Mumbai that embraced my educational vision, and most importantly, for the countless students who have been my constant source of inspiration. Seeing my three students on the Chandrayyan 3 team, hearing a pilot’s announcement of happiness while flying me, once his Physics teacher; or witnessing someone leave a million-dollar family business to become a Physics professor, doctors, surgeons, defense officers, UN officials, scientists, authors, engineers, entrepreneurs, all with a spirit of true inclusivity, fills me with pure elation.

Though I have received love and respect beyond my imagination, as a teacher, no reward surpasses the joy of knowing that those I once taught are shaping the world in remarkable ways. As a young leader, I navigated challenging situations, often leading seniors, making tough decisions in the best interest of students. I counseled, explained, balancing firmness with politeness. Through tears of joy and stress, moments of laughter in success, and anxiety in failure, I cherished every experience. Each one added depth to my journey. On this special occasion of teachers’ day , I stand at this milestone, I am eager for the chapters yet to be written. The journey continues, and my commitment remains steadfast – to empower the next generation of learners, leaders, and dreamers. The road ahead shines brightly, and together, we shall illuminate it with the radiant light of knowledge and boundless possibilities. Even today, I wish to be known as a passionate and innovative physics educator and a thought leader.
