The Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) has announced that admissions into Class 5 in Gurukulam schools will be granted based on merit, subject to availability of vacancies. This was confirmed in an official statement released by TSWREIS Secretary, Ms Alugu Varshini.
She clarified that students who qualified in the recently conducted entrance examination will be offered admission depending on the number of seats available. Official SMS notifications will be sent to the registered mobile numbers of the selected candidates. Additionally, the respective school principals will also communicate the admission details directly.
The merit list has been uploaded on the official website of TSWREIS. Admissions will be carried out in phases—Phase 1 and Phase 2—based on the vacancy status in each school. Students whose names appear in the Round 1 selection list are instructed to report to their allotted schools by 20th April.
The Secretary further stated that no admissions will be entertained after the stipulated deadline. This strict adherence to the timeline is intended to ensure transparency and efficiency in the admission process.
