All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has released its academic calendar for the year 2023-2024. As per the schedule, the first year classes will begin from September 15. The calendar has been uploaded on the organization’s official website. Admission for the session will continue till 15th September. Students can enrol for second year until the same mentioned date. By June 10, technical institutes (not applicable to standalone PGDM/ PGCM institutions) will have to get approval or rejection by AITCE. June 30 is the final date of getting approval after appeal.
Universities or boards have to get affiliated by July 31. Seats for technical courses can be cancelled with a full refund by September 11. Standalone PGDM/ PGCM institutions can get approval or rejection by AICTE till June 10. In that case, the final date to get approved after appealing is June 30. The last day to cancel admission in a PGDM/PGCM course along with a full refund is September 11. September 15 is the last day for getting admission to the course. UGC will decide the last date until which institutes providing ODL/online programmes can get approved by AICTE. The final date of admission to such courses will also be decided by OGC’s policy.
