1800 special guests are about to join in the celebrations of 77th Independence Day.
Narendra Modi, Prime Minister (PM) of India will unfurl the National Flag, followed by 21 gun salutes, a customary address to the entire country at Red Fort and end with the National Anthem, sung by NCC cadets from all across the nation.
1100 NCC cadets, girls and boys, including Army, Air Force and Navy from various schools all across India will sing the National Anthem after the conclusion of the speech given by the PM.
About 1800 special guests along with 1100 NCC cadets are all set for celebrating 77th Independence Day, led by PM at Red Fort in New Delhi on 15th August that is Tuesday. These 1800 new guests from various domains and fields are invited from all across India to be part of such a grandsire celebration. 17000 e-invitation cards are issued for invitees.
Red Fort is decorated this year as well, where the G-20 logo is the important feature for this year regarding floral decorations. The PM will unfurl the National Flag and after that, there will be 21 gun salutes, customary addresses to the world at Red Fort and National Anthem by NCC cadets from all over the country.
Special guests are invited for being the part of “Jan Bhagidari” to boost up public participation within governance. They involve more than 400 sarpanch of over 660 villages, 250 from the scheme of Farmer Producer Organisations, 50 participants every of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, 50 Shram Yogis of Central Vista Project, such as New Parliament Building, 50 Khadi workers, included those involved within border roads construction, creating Amrit Sarovar and Har Ghar Jal Yojana and 50 teachers of primary schools, fishermen and nurses. 75 couples from every state or Union Territory (UT) also get invited for participating in 77th Independence Day celebrations at Red Fort.
