Meenakshi Pasupuleti, a pupil at Nagarjuna Model School in Kadapa—an Aspirational District—delivered the pledge at Bharat Mandapam alongside the Prime Minister and Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw.
