An Educational Theatre has been inaugurated at the Agali Higher Secondary School in the Palakkad district of Kerala. Agali is the headquarters of the tribal taluk Attapadi, in Kerala. The inaugurated theatre is fully funded by the Aries group, a Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Consultancy based in Kochi.
At a function held at the Agali Higher Secondary School, Sohan Roy, the CEO of Aries group, presented the Educational theatre to the students of Attapadi. The students in the area can now avoid climbing hills and trees for network coverage to access online resources.
The theatre will host online classes and seminars for the students in Attapadi along with the occasional screening of masterpieces from World Cinema. Public representatives, teachers, and parents participated in the function and got to know about the modern theatre experience at Attapadi.
