On Wednesday, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that in tribal-dominated areas, his government will open Army schools to provide required training to youths and also to help them get selected to serve in defence forces.
He also expressed his government’s resolve to ensure the overall development of tribal in the state.
The chief minister said that tribal youths have all the qualities to become ideal soldiers as they are naturally strong and physically fit.
His government has decided to open Army schools in tribal areas in order to make them compatible with the requirements of the Army.
