In a recent announcement, the Executive Committee of the Association of Schools for The Indian School Certificate (ASISC) has decided to postpone the 66th Annual Conference, which was originally scheduled to be held in Hyderabad. The decision to postpone the conference comes in light of the upcoming Assembly Elections in Telangana State, scheduled for November 30th. Local authorities have advised the deferral of the conference dates due to potential disruptions caused by the elections. The Executive Committee, in a meeting held on October 11, 2023, carefully considered all circumstances and determined that deferring the conference was the most prudent course of action.

The rescheduled dates for the 66th Annual ASISC Conference are as follows:

  • Arrival/Registration: January 21, 2024 (2 pm to 6 pm)
  • Conference Dates: January 22 to 24, 2024

For those who have not yet registered for the conference, there is still an opportunity to do so. The last date for registration is set for November 15, 2023.

The decision to postpone the conference was communicated to all member schools through a letter signed by Fr. Joseph Sarpirasadam SVD, Secretary-Treasurer, ASISC. The conference was originally scheduled to take place in Hyderabad from November 29 to December 1, 2023.
