The Benaras Hindu University has launched a six-month certificate programme on Artificial Intelligence to upskill the Indian youth. The programme has been designed and is being offered by the Department of Computer Science, BHU. Candidates interested in the course can register using the link: textanalytics.in/ai/
Registrations for the course will begin from January 12 and will close on January 25. Students with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, technology or equivalent are eligible to take up the course. There is a total of 100 seats for the course and the admissions will be on the basis of an entrance exam.
The session will start on February 1 and will continue till July. No course fee will be charged for the same. Students who complete the course successfully will be awarded a certificate. This is a great opportunity for
both students and working professions who want to pursue a career in Artificial Intelligence.
The topics that will be taught in the course includes- Introduction to AI and Big Data, Statistical Concepts and Applications, Statistical Tools, Importing and Preprocessing Data, Exploring and Manipulating Data,
Data Structures and Algorithms, Graph and String Algorithms, Artificial Neural Networks, Programming for Data Science, Programming in Python, Creating Visualizations, Managerial Skills, Organizational Behavior, Persuasive Communication and so on.
