The Central Board Board of Education (CBSE) would be conducting board exams from February 15 to March 13, 2024 for class 10 students and between February 15 to April 2, 2024 for class 12 students.
This time, more than 39 lakh candidates have applied for the board exam, where students from 26 countries would be appearing for the exam, from India and abroad.
The board exams for class 10 and class 12 students would be commencing at 10:30 am and end at 1:30 pm or 12:30 pm, where candidates must come to their respective centres half an hour or 45 minutes before, to ensure smooth running of the exams.
Apart from that the board has been directing students to carry their admit cards, their own stationery (pencil, pen, scale, sharpner, rubber, scale) compulsorily to ensure that students are not engaged in any dialogue among each other during the exams. Students must not carry any electronic devices like smartwatches, mobile phones and calculators to the examination hall which are strictly prohibited in the exam.
Writing on the question papers is also strictly not allowed – candidates would be on radar who are trying to write anything on question papers. The must not leave the exam hall without permission and must wait till the exam is finished.
One should read the question paper carefully and answer the questions and also should not engage in any unfair practices during the exam.
For students who are residing in Delhi, metro services can be opted by them for reaching the centre on time.
To remove any kind of fake news spreading about the exam, the CBSE board shared a list of 30 Twitter handles with its name and logo.
