CBSE chairman says not to speculate CBSE 10th, 12th result dates

CBSE chairman Anita Karwal dismissed the rumours on CBSE result date and requested the media houses to stop speculating the result date. CBSE chairman said that the officials were strictly directed not to have any conversation with the media as the process of evaluation is going on and it will be very early to announce the date of class 10 and 12 results.

Anita Karwal further said that the media house will be communicated the date of the declaration of result a day before the declaration of results. The CBSE secretary Anurag Tripathi has earlier confirmed that the results will be declared between May 13 to 17, 2019. Once the results are declared students can check through the official websites — cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

Around 31 lakh candidates appeared for this year examination that was concluded on April 4. It was the first time; the board has introduced apps to monitor the examination process.
