The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the deadline for submitting applications for the Single Girl Child Scholarship Schemes for 2024. This extension is applicable to both fresh applications under the Single Girl Child Scholarship X-2024 and renewals for scholarships granted in 2023.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh Applicants: Must have completed Class 10 in 2024 and currently be studying in Class 11 at CBSE-affiliated schools.
Renewal Applicants: Must be renewing their scholarship awarded in 2023.
– Must be a single girl child with a minimum of 60% in Class 10.
– Tuition fees must not exceed ₹1,500 per month in Class 10 (10% annual increase allowed). For NRI students, fees are capped at ₹6,000 per month.
