The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the Integrated Payment System (IPS) for paying various functionaries involved in the examination and evaluation work for Supplementary Examinations 2023.
As done previously in the IPS module for the 2023 Main Examinations, the relevant data has been fetched from OECMS portal to the IPS module for the Supplementary Examinations 2023. The online IPS portal link is available under “Pariksha Sangam” on the CBSE website and it is made operational for the examination centres of supplementary examinations 2023 to check, verify and freeze the data.
Thereafter, CBSE will make payment in the automated mode into the account of the individual. CBSE notifies that the last date for freezing the data in the IPS portal is 20th November 2023. It may also be noted that CBSE has decided to release the payment in a fixed schedule and all related parties are requested to follow the directions of the board.
The IPS module for the evaluation of theory answer book for supplementary examinations 2023 consists of user manual, account details of all functionaries (example: CNS, HE, IHE, AHE (E), AHE (C), AHE (S), evaluator and coordinator etc., number of answer books and duty days, freeze reports, final reports. Calculation of the payment will be made by the system automatically, on the basis of the details submitted by the CNS school / IHE in TETRA web portal on a day-to-day basis during the evaluation work. Payment will be released to individual accounts of the various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for supplementary examinations 2023.
Once the CNS school / IHE are satisfied that the data is correct, the same information may be filled in the IPS. The applicable rates will be filled in automatically. The details of the rates are available in the IPS module. Entry and editing of data on the IPS portal will be enabled as per the dates in the notification available at https://www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/documents/IPS_Compartment_Exam_2023_07112023.pdf. After the given dates, the IPS will be closed for the various functionaries involved in the evaluation of theory answer books for supplementary examinations 2023.
