The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is accepting online applications for supplementary and improvement exams for Classes 10 and 12 on their official website. Interested students should visit cbse.gov.in to apply before the deadline to avoid any last-minute rush and delays. The submission process for the List of Candidates (LOC) for the 2023-24 supplementary exams began on May 31, 2024. The supplementary exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 will take place on July 15, 2024. The last date for online submission of the LOC is June 15, 2024, with a fee of Rs 300. However, submissions can still be made with a late fee of Rs 2,000 from June 6 to June 17, 2024.
Submissions must be completed via the Pariksha Sangam link on the CBSE website, accessible at https://cbse.gov.in. Only students whose names are submitted through this online process, will be allowed to sit for the Supplementary Examinations, 2024. Schools should use their affiliation number as the user ID and their existing password to log into the system for LOC submission.
Students who took the Board examination during the 2023-24 academic year and received a Compartment result can register for the supplementary exam on the official website. Additionally, students who passed but wish to improve their performance in up to two subjects in Class 10 or one subject in Class 12, can seek assistance from their schools.
According to the official notification, schools must submit the LOC for all students in the Compartment category. It is the schools’ responsibility to ensure the LOC is submitted within the given schedule. A consolidated mark sheet will be issued only to students who received a Compartment result in the 2024 Board examination and pass the 2024 Supplementary exams.
