The initiative, which began on May 13, will run for 15 days until May 28, 2025, offering essential emotional and academic support to students and their parents.

- IVRS Support (24×7): Dial 1800-11-8004 for automated guidance on topics such as time management, stress, motivation, and study planning.
- Tele-Counselling (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, IST): Speak with one of 65 trained professionals, including school principals, counsellors, and special educators — 51 based in India, and 14 abroad.
- Digital Resources: Access short videos and podcasts on mental well-being, coping strategies, and exam stress via the official CBSE website and YouTube channel (search CBSE HQ).
