The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced of providing psychological and educational assistance to students, teachers and parents.
The CGBSE initiative aims to offer guidance to teachers, students, and parents while supporting them with effective tools and techniques to manage exam stress. A toll-free helpline number has been launched by the Board, scheduled to be operational from February 22.
As per the Chhattisgarh Board’s 2024 exam schedule, Class 10 CGBSE exams will take place from March 2 to March 21, 2024. For Class 12, exams are scheduled between March 1 and March 23, 2024.
The helpline number, 18002334363, will be accessible to students, teachers, and parents from 11 am to 5 pm on all days except Sundays and holidays. The assistance will be provided by a team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivators, subject matter experts, and board officials.
Educational motivators will offer advice to candidates, addressing their concerns related to exam fear and stress. Additionally, the Board has declared the timings for subject-wise assistance while announcing the helpdesks.
