The date for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced 2024 has been released and will be conducted on 26th of May, 2024. The registration for the examination will begin from 21st of April, at the official website jeeadv.ac.in and it will end on 30th of April, 2024. The examination will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
This year the exam will be held by IIT, Madras and it will be conducted across various cities. The last date for the payment of the examination fee is 6th May, 2024, till 5pm. Admit cards for the examination will be available on 17th of May, 2024. To sit for the JEE Advanced exams, a student must clear JEE Main, 2024 and should be in the list of first 2,50,000 candidates. A student needs to score 75% marks in the Class 12th board examination to be a part of JEE exams. However, a student who belongs to the SC, ST, PwD categories, can be eligible to sit for the exam, if they score at least 65% in the 12th board exams. The JEE Advanced exam has two papers, testing students in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
