According to a circular issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi, Directorate of Education (DoE), registration for nursery admissions in private schools in Delhi is scheduled to commence on November 23. This circular, provided by the DoE, outlines the admission schedule and guidelines for Entry Level Classes (intended for children below six years of age) in Private Unaided Recognized Schools of Delhi for the academic session 2024-25, ensuring a smooth admission process for Open Seats (excluding EWS/DG/CWSN Category seats).
As per the DoE’s circular, the criteria and their respective points will be uploaded to the Department’s module on November 20. Subsequently, application forms will be made available to the public starting on November 23. The deadline for submitting application forms at schools is set for December 15, while the cutoff for uploading information about students who have applied for admission to Open Seats is December 29. The first list of selected children, including those on the waiting list, along with the marks allotted under the points system, will be published on January 12, 2024. The release of the second list of selected children is scheduled for January 29, 2024, with the admission process expected to conclude by March 8, 2024.
