A Silver Lining?
As online education from reputed universities burgeons in India, it would be capable of accommodating student influx. Youth population in the age group of 5-24 would immensely benefit from the large scale digitalisation. Even though online learning marched in 20-25 years back, brick and mortar classrooms predominantly dominate the Indian education system. Up until now, colleges would only offer 20% of courses online, but the new move aims blot the anachronisms out.A 50% increase in student admissions over the couple of years is predicted which could be only supported through online classroom and infrastructure.
