“We suggest that our promoters first draw and design the school on papers and on excel sheets and then start the design and construction of the school. During the study, a test on technical feasibility, economic feasibility, operational viability, cost-benefit analysis is done. After the study finishes, the promoter has a clear understanding about the project cost, break-even point, fee structure for ten years, revenue sources, correct mix of debt and equity, initial and optimum student numbers & incremental growth, human resource estimation, teachers’ salaries and also a crystal clear view of the market in which the school will operate,” says Dr Mishra.
