The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) in Dharamshala is set to announce the results for the class 12 board exams. Students will be able to check their scores on the official website at hpbose.org.
In 2024, HPBOSE class 12 exams took place from March 1 to March 28, held in a single session from 8:45 am to noon, through the traditional pen and paper format.
It is important for students to note that the results published online are provisional. They should obtain their official mark sheets from their respective schools following the result announcement.
How to check results on DigiLocker (for Class 10 and 12)?
Step 1: Go to digilocker.gov.in.
Step 2: Create a DigiLocker account using Aadhaar Card number.
Step 3: Log in to account.
Step 4: Go to the HPBoSE section.
Step 5: Click on the link for the class 10 results.
Step 6: Input roll number.
Step 7: The result will be displayed on the screen.
How to Check Results via SMS (for Class 10)?
Step 1: Type HP10, then give space and then type 10-digit exam roll number
Step 2: Send this message to 56263.
A candidate will receive their class 10 results on their phone. The HPBOSE class 10 exams finished on March 16, 2024, and the class 12 exams concluded on March 30, 2024.

Step 3: Fill in details such as name, date of birth, and roll number.
Step 4: The result will be shown on the screen.
Step 5: Save and download the result for future reference.
According to the official announcement, HPBOSE may release the Class 10 results on April 29, 2024.
In 2023, the Class 12 results were released on May 20. The board reported an overall pass rate of 79.74%. Out of the 103,928 students who took the Class 12 exams, 83,418 students passed.
