Union HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said recently that schools have the responsibility of preparing the country’s future leadership and emphasized the quality education to the remotest corner of the country.
He said in order to address the issue of the huge shortage of teachers in the Kendriya Vidyalayas, the HRD Ministry has cleared the way for the appointment of more than 7,000 teachers as well as other staff in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). For these posts, the KVS has already completed the examination process and the results will be declared on July 8, 2019.
He said while addressing the eighth deputy commissioner’s conference of KVS that, “we have to prepare a dedicated entrepreneurial generation for a strong and prosperous India.”
