Following the leak of the Class 12 economics and the Class 10 mathematics papers, the Union Human Resource HRD Ministry has set up a very high-powered committee to study the process by which the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) organises the examinations.

Former HRD secretary V S Oberoi has been asked to head the committee that is expected to suggest measures to make the examination process more secure and foolproof with the help of technology. The committee is mandated to submit its report by May 31 to the HRD ministry, according to HRD’s School Education Secretary Anil Swarup.
