ALIG Educational and Welfare Society, Jharkhand, has tied tip with Coded Minds Global, an iSTEAM education and technology company based out of Dubai, to provide quality training to students from class V to X in government schools of six Indian cities.
The eight-week rigorous training course for animation and app development will commence on July 1, 2020 in Jamshedpur, Aligarh, Lucknow, Moradabad, Kolkata and Barabanki in the English language. As a pilot project, 70 students all total have been selected for the training and more students are on the queue for the second phase of the learning initiative.
The first of its kind pedagogical approach will impart technical education in the government schools via virtual classes conducted by Coded Minds.
“We, at Alig and Coded Minds appreciate that closing the education-skill gap is extremely important for preparing the students according to the 21st Century trends. These new skill-sets would act as the base for the future skills required to succeed in education and beyond. The time has come to train the students in skills which are directly relevant to the industries and careers of the future,” commented Dr Imran Ali, Executive Director, ALIG Society.
The selected students will be equipped with tablets provided by NGO ALIG for a tenure of two months.
