Indore Model Schools open their window for registration for the 2022 session

The school education department has opened its window for registration in the model schools and schools of excellence owing to the delay in the ongoing academic session.

The entrance examination is supposed to be held on March 27th said Narendra Jain, the assistant project district coordinator of the education department.

“This examination is being conducted for those students who are in class eight and via this exam, they will get admission in class nine,” he stated.

There are a total of four schools of excellence in Indore, and four model schools of which two have been included in the CM rise programme.

There are 240 seats in the schools of excellence and a total of 100 seats each in the four model schools in Indore district. Hence there are 201 model schools and 52 schools of excellence across the state.

The exam will be conducted at the model schools in the offline mode with all covid 19 precautions in place. There will be a total of 100 questions from EVS, English, Science, Mathematics and Hindi. The level of the questions will be of class 8 level.

There will be 20 questions that need to be answered for Math and Science and 15 questions that need to be answered for the remaining subject. The students will have to complete the paper in two hours.
