Rahul Appani is a BITS Pilani and IIM Alumni who is the force behind designing, developing, and managing the Iris school system. With his experience in the education system abroad from a prestigious educational institution, he provides unique and new-age solutions to the franchisees’ requirements.

Founded in 2015, Iris is just like the flower that stands for wisdom, courage, hope and faith. Backed by the core team comprising experienced edupreneurs, eminent academicians, trainers and professionals, with a cumulative 100 years of manpower experience in the education industry and Early Childhood Education. Iris Educare Limited initially started with the preschool segment. With great demand and the need to have continuity of learning after the foundation years, Iris entered the segment of primary schooling. “We are providing business opportunities to establish K-12 schools with international standards for those who want to venture into this industry. We aspire to have 500+ preschools in the next few years and many more K-12 schools.”
