Sneha Tapadia, CEO, Jumpstart International Preschool & Learning Center
Sneha Tapadia is an MBA finance post graduate and started Jumpstart International Preschool and Learning Centre in 2009. She has been instrumental in conducting numerous teacher training programs and workshops. She also conducts a lot of hands-on workshops and training programs for parents. She is the co-founder of the Online Parenting Summit.
Jumpstart has a team of highly motivated individuals, managing the most preferred chain of preschools in early childhood education by engaging children in experiential learning and with the usage of latest technology. It partners with parents and treats them as active participants in the development of their children, resulting in the creation of an unyielding foundation for toddlers to carve out their future. The brainchild of Aditya Tapadia and Sneha Tapadia, the preschool and learning center has created a niche for itself in the preschools and early education space.
Started in 2009 with a center in Pune, it has now seven centers across the country. The mission is to focus on the holistic growth and development of children and provide quality education in a safe and nurturing environment where they are comfortable to learn in.

In 2022, Jumpstart stepped outside Pune by starting centers in Koramangala, Bengaluru. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Jumpstart was able to successfully pull through without any major impact on operations or the chain and deliver quality education even during uncertain times and continued the journey of spreading goodness to children pan India.
Prior to the pandemic, Jumpstart was able to successfully onboard franchise partners in Pune since 2017 onwards.

What makes Jumpstart stand out!
The franchising model gives a minimum guarantee of 50 admissions in the 1st year and 80 admissions in the 2nd year. In case this minimum guarantee is not met, compensation/reimbursement to franchise partner for the shortfall is done.

This ensures every lead is nurtured and mapped effectively through the CRM, consistent training is given to the teachers & team through the LMS and revenue collection is controlled centrally and streamlined through the Accounting Software.”
The curriculum and educational resources are customized keeping in mind the city & geographic location of the franchise schools. Also, a customized event calendar for the franchise partners is designed keeping in mind the local whereabouts.
The Quality Assurance Team based out of the Head Office evaluates the entire operations physically as well as virtually at periodic time intervals for each center. Every center is also trained week over week to ensure that the quality is maintained across and each center reports to the Head Office.
Jumpstart ensures that preschool education is all about experiences. 60+ experiential events are conducted throughout the year to give diverse hands-on experiences to children. Hands-on learning allows children to experience and learn concepts.
