Ramanujan had a great talent in mathematics then also he continued his hard work and proved that talent without hard work is of no use. He spent all his life in poverty but he never blamed it for the failures he got. His parents cannot afford the school fees yet he never stopped studying mathematics. He got many failures but he always took a lesson from them and tried not to repeat them. He did not get a proper graduation but he continued studying Mathematics on his own. He had a passion for practising mathematics and he followed it which helped him achieve success. Ramanujan failed in class 11 because of improper balance between mathematics and other subjects and cannot study further this is why balance is needed in everything. A professor named V.S.Iyer understood his talent and gave him money for making discoveries. He became very popular by that time. He was sent to England for further discoveries there he got a chance to work with professor G.H.Hardy and did many discoveries with him, this tells us that teamwork is very important to achieve success. He was elected as a member of the Royal Society of England but he refused as he was an Indian and the British were ruling over them at that time this teaches us that the level of patriotism should never decrease whether it is success or failure. the last lesson we get from Ramanujan’s life is that health is the first priority. Ramanujan was not able to do further discoveries and died because of a disease called Tuberculosis.
