A group of 75+ educators pan India led by the founders, Ms Lakshmi Annapurna Chintaluri & Ms Tripta Tarunesh, came together in the month of May, 2021 to form Educational Mentoring India (EMI) to use their strengths as a one-stop solution for the benefit of schools to enable them to grow to reach the benchmarks of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the world. With the advantage of understanding the eco-system of education, the consultancy provides services which include Teacher Training, Leadership Training, Whole School Transformation, Curriculum Development, School Audits/Review among others.
Lakshmi Annapurna says, “We have also set up specialized councils like Special Education, Psychological and Career Counselling, Parental Orientation, Preschool Curriculum and its establishment, Edusports, etc., to provide holistic services to schools in these fields.”
Thanks to the expertise of the EMI educators, within a short span the team extended services to 100+ schools and continues to do so. Tripta Tarunesh says, “Our expertise has enabled us to provide services like training for teachers, leadership, academic and school transformation, special education services, curriculum development specially for preschools and operations along with our channel partners who provide services like robotics labs, math labs, Smart School audio visual content, experiential learning kits, School Cinema, an educational delivery platform, ERP systems etc.”
