The Madhya Pradesh government, as announced by School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh on Monday, plans to implement a strict law to prevent the leakage of examination papers. He declared that it will be impossible for anyone to provide students with question papers. Students must remain vigilant. They have enhanced the security of the system.

He stated that the government is taking measures to guarantee the secure delivery of exam papers to designated centers, free from leaks. They are set to enact a strict law that leaves no room for individuals, including those in charge of examination centers, engaging in such misconduct, to evade consequences. Any flaws in the government system will also fall within the scope of this law. Such actions will be classified as criminal activities.

He also declared that they intend to introduce this new legislation in the assembly soon.

The minister advised students to refrain from engaging with social media platforms that entice them with the promise of obtaining exam papers beforehand, as such platforms are involved in criminal practices. Taking the reference of the “Pariksha Pe Charcha” program he announced that the Prime Minister interacted with students nationwide in the program, shared valuable experiences that will be beneficial to students.

The minister assured that the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department will guarantee a “stress-free” environment for students during exams.
