Your Attitude determines your Altitude. There have been kaleidoscopic variations from a founder principal to a team leader to a motivator, counsellor and mentor. NEP has aimed at a flexible, holistic approach which I would love to see the future student pursue at ease. The rapidly evolving profiles of learners and teachers and the advent of technology during the pandemic.
The education sector has not only come back to its normalcy post Covid but it has also taken great strides to progress. Apart from the emphasis on technology integration and collaboration, I foresee a sharp rise in skill generation, risk mitigation, forecasting, AI, Creative Thinking, conflict resolution and so on. Education will definitely be more purposeful as the students would crave to create new pathways.
Many avenues would be created for engaging our students in different skills, entrepreneurs and skilled learners and job providers would be manifold. The change in evaluation system calls for more participation and imbibing skills. Moreover the pivotal role of the teacher is enhanced with the social and emotional training sessions. Education is becoming value oriented too. This can and is giving a new shape to the education sector.
