In my past years of teaching experience, I have learned that if you understand a child’s mentality, then it will become easy for you to teach them. The bond between a child and a teacher becomes very strong if you understand children. It’s like magic when they start believing in you and caring for you. Personally, I think it’s like a plantation process when you sow a tiny seed. Then each and every day when you care for it, it becomes a big beautiful plant. It’s the same with children; when you give them proper care and love, they become good students.
I am always thankful to God for giving me such a beautiful opportunity to teach these little bundles of joy. Their purity of heart serves as a dual-edged blessing. While they glean knowledge from us, their unaffected innocence provides lessons that textbooks can’t offer.
