There are various things teachers can do to improve schools. In order to improve the school, they do many things, such as give valuable feedback to improve the curriculum, improving student success, and establishing a healthy environment in school.

He introduced “Radio Shows” in assembly as a Club activity to instill confidence and oratory skills. Gradually, students gained confidence, became good orators and were able to articulate better. Working continuously as a House Master and Club Incharge, he introduced role plays as one of the activities. His students presented their roles very efficiently as they had to highlight their role in a great manner. Likewise, he introduced number system with students under Math activity and students acted as natural numbers, whole numbers and rational numbers with good attires and examples. This way, the concept of basic numbers in Math was taught in a playful manner. Role plays remained quite effective in History, Civics, and Chemistry too. In Chemistry they acted as different elements of the periodic table and discussed their origin, atomic number, mass number, reactivity, inertness and so on.

Another activity which Vivek took in inter-class and thereafter at inter-school level was “India Model United Nation (IMUN)”, with the help of his colleagues of Social Sciences. Here, students performed the activities as a team; acting as representatives of various countries like USA, India, Pakistan, Ghana, and Switzerland and so on. In this activity they used to highlight the demography of their country and discuss various internal issues and came out with solutions from United Nations and friendly countries.

Next activity was on management skills by organizing “Shopping Store” at class level and fairs at school level. Students manage the arrangements of stalls and sharpened their managerial skills like how to plan, organise and sell various articles. In addition to it, students were also taught how to levy tax and create discount on bulk articles. In addition to this, they acted as Teachers on special days and felt the responsibilities of a teacher towards school and students. This way they learnt core values such as kindness, service, persistence, responsibility, and achievement.
