Twin Win, a personality development organization, and Inspiration School, Haldwani organized an Online Career Conclave for the students of classes ninth to twelfth standard in which experts from countries like India, USA, UK, Australia participated.
Professor Col. Shishir Kumar (an Edupreneur), Dr. Sheetal Sharma (Soil Scientist with IRRI), Ms. Shivani Dimri (HR Manager in an MNC), Dr. Parag Rastogi (Environmental Scientist from EPFL, Switzerland), John Allison (Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Strathclyde, UK), Dr. Utsav Gaurav Raj (Hon. Judge), Dr. Shweta Gupta (Professor of Law), Mr. Jitendar Singh (Author and Psychologist from USA) and Mrs. Stephanie, (Curriculum Developer and an Instructional Coach from USA) conducted enriching sessions with students and gave them tips on how to make a successful career in their respective fields.
Vaibhav Pande, CEO Twin Win, Anshul Vashisht, COO Twin Win and Ayushii Balutia, a content developer with Twin Win hosted the event and asked numerous questions on behalf of the students.
The best thing about the conclave was that students realized there are innumerable career options that they can choose from and what skills are required to be successful in a particular career. They got deep insights related to different fields and realized what obstacles they might encounter in a particular field.
Apart from discussions related to career, the sessions also had profound discussions on topics like saving the environment, responsibilities as an ideal student/ teacher, time-management, life skills, and anecdotes to motivate the students.
