Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the highly anticipated Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) on February 10, featuring a stellar lineup, including Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and spiritual leader Sadhguru.
This year’s session with students, teachers, and parents will introduce a fresh format and style. Renowned personalities will offer valuable insights on exam preparation, stress management, and personal growth. These insights will help students gear up for their Class 10 and 12 board exams.
According to the Union Education Ministry, this eighth edition of PPC will feature distinguished figures from various fields. These personalities will share their experiences and offer guidance on essential life and learning skills. After the main session, seven additional episodes will explore different topics.
Who are going to address at the Pariksha Pe Charcha?
The event will welcome Olympian Mary Kom, Paralympic gold medalist Avani Lekhara, and celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Divekar. Nutritionist Sonali Sabharwal, and health influencer Revant Himatsingka, also known as Food Pharmer are going to present speeches. Bollywood actors Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar, YouTuber Technical Guruji, and business leader Radhika Gupta will also join the discussion.
A total of 36 students from every state and union territory will engage directly with the prime minister. Experts from fields like mental health and technology will also interact with students in an engaging and dynamic format.
This year’s PPC has set a new record, drawing five crore participants from across India. The organizers will host the program on February 10, 2025, at 11 a.m. The program will be broadcasted across multiple platforms, including Doordarshan.
Held annually, the event aims to support students from Classes 6 to 12 in managing exam-related stress. The organizers have selected participants from various educational boards, including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and Sainik Schools. The Eklavya Model Residential Schools, and CBSE institutions are also included. Some students are also alumni of the PRERANA school program, Kala Utsav, and Veer Gatha winners.
The ministry highlighted that this edition of PPC showcases India’s diversity and inclusivity. Doordarshan, Swayam, Swayam Prabha, the PMO’s YouTube channel, and the official social media handles of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will stream the prime minister’s interaction with students live, ensuring nationwide participation in this enriching event.
