I took initiative in setting up a crèche so that teachers could bring their toddlers. Also, close to 60 teachers were travelling from Delhi to Gurgaon daily. We organized transport and when I left the school during the pandemic, there were 36 buses and more than 3,000 students used the transport.”
When asked what an Armed forces officer brings to the table, he says, “Discipline is ingrained in us. The value system of 27 years in the Army became my DNA.”
