In a step towards the visionary pursuit of global educational excellence, S Chand Group, a prominent Indian publishing and education services company, recently concluded its enlightening 5th Finland EduVisit of 2023. Spanning an immersive 7-day journey, the EduVisit involved 35 distinguished delegates, each a luminary in the educational landscape.
This comprehensive EduVisit provided an immersive exploration of the Finnish education system and school leadership, enabling the delegates to witness firsthand innovative methodologies and administrative strategies that contribute to Finland’s global reputation for educational excellence. The 7-day programme in association with ‘The University of Helsinki’ included visits to private schools, educational centres, and meetings with school authorities across Finland will enable you to meet teachers, and students to learn from one of the most successful educational systems in the world. Notable participants of this visit included Mr. Saayan Kunal, Director of Gyan Niketan, Patna; Ms. Ganesh Preetha, Vice-President of Vels Group of Institutions, Chennai, Mr. Ayushman Singh, Assistant Director of Sant Atulanand Convent School and Ms Kirthi Manghnani, Vice Chairperson of New Horizon International School, Bengaluru among others.
Ms Priya Malhotra, Marketing Head of the S Chand Group, expressed her vision for the impact of the EduVisit, stating, “We started this initiative in 2016 with an objective to explore and understand what makes the Finnish education system so good. The Finnish education system’s student-centric approach and holistic strategies have left a profound impact on our delegates. Our educators are keen on implementing some of the insightful policies in their own institutes to foster a more enriching educational environment.”
