SC dismisses all pleas filed over CBSE exam paper leak

The Supreme Court of India today dismissed all the petitions that were filed by parents and students over the recent Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) exam paper leak.

The apex court also refused to interfere in the CBSE’s decision to hold a re-examination for the Class 12 Economics paper.

The Supreme Court also dismissed a petition for a Central Bureau f Investigation (CBI) investigation into the exam paper leak.

The apex court said it is for the government authorities to look into the matter.
