Dr Mrinalini Anant has devoted almost two and a half decades to education sector. She began her journey as an educator in the year 1995 and was promoted to a school leader in January 2005. She has taught in several countries. Dr Mrinalini Anant has been a CBSE resource person and has worked with students to create social awareness, eliminate environmental issues, emphasize on national integration and evoke pride in India’s rich culture and heritage.
MG World Vision School has been designed and structured to groom students for the modern day. While successfully working on the virtual front, the school different techniques of art are used along with good usage of the digital medium to keep students’ interest piqued and make learning thorough. In every session, environment and social issues especially sustainable development goals are addressed through activities and digital literacy. The school is moving with digital literacy -one of the six core skills. MG World Vision School became the only school in the city that is offering skill subjects like marketing, legal studies and artificial intelligence from class 6 onwards. Parents excelling in different fields are invited for talks, webinars and activities.
There is also a program called “buddy parent” where parents choose another child of limited means in their ward’s class to support them in academics, bringing the school up as a responsible community.
As a school head, Dr Mrinalini has always ensured that her team stays highly motivated by recognising good work and lauding their effort. Dr Mrinalini herself is active and directs and produces ballets and drama based on Amir Khusrau, Amrapali, Singhasan Battisi.
In her career spanning over 22 years, the Principal has derived excellence in her schools with regard to academics, dance, dramatics, writing, choreographing, co-curricular, etc. The school has received several awards and honours. The honourable HRD minister, Mrs Smriti Irani recognized the school for its academic record. The school regularly features in national and international journals, local dailies, newsletters and educational magazines. It was appointed as a British Council School Ambassador when the ISD program began.
