Some private schools have decided to remained closed or opt for online classes for avoiding traffic due to rally of Marytr’s Day declared by Trinamool on Friday 21st July 2023 in Kolkata.
Gokhale Memorial School, St Xavier’s Collegiate School, Assembly of God Church, St Augustine’s Day School, Ripon Street, The BSS, Don Bosco Park Circus, Mahadevi Birla World Academy, Calcutta Girls School, St James’ School, South City International School, DPS Newtown, Sushila Birla suspended their classes today. On the contrary, South Point School, Loreto House, La Martiniere For Boys School, Birla High School, Sushila Birla Girls’ School, Calcutta Boys School, Shri Shikshayatan School, DPS Ruby Park, Ruby Park Public School Taratala has opted for online classes.
Principal of St James’ School, Gokhale School, The BSS and Assembly of God Church is planning for online classes on Saturday as well. Sushila Birla Girls’ School have announced holiday for nursery, DPS Newtown have announced holiday for nursery to class 2 and South City International have announced holiday for nursery, lower nursery and KG.
La Martiniere For Girls have declared school closure at 9:45 am, St Lawrence High School have declared school closure at 10:30 am for junior sections to class 4, Pratt Memorial have declared school closure at 11 am, Heritage School declared school closure at 2 pm and Modern High School have declared school closure at 2:35 pm.
