An educator by profession and a trainer by passion, Seetha Murty comes with diverse strengths, which can enrich Institutions and organization who are striving for excellence.

Armed with Masters in Political Science and another in Education, she believes that her experiential education comes from teaching in different socio-cultural and geographical contexts of India.

As the Director of Education in Silver Oaks International Schools in Hyderabad, Bangalore & Visakhapatnam, she assumes responsibility for the learning of 4500 students, 400 teachers and the onerous duty of creating the destiny of the nation through children in the classrooms.

Her 12 years of association with IBO and experience of implementing the IB Programs in all the 4 schools she heads.

With her experience in CBSE schools across the country, she developed a fine balance between National Curriculum Framework of India and IB Programme of Inquiry which is conceptually transdisciplinary and ideologically student-centric.

This critical blending has evidently groomed gifted learners which is duly recognized by National Institute of Advanced Studies. Supported by NIAS, Silver Oaks now runs centres for gifted children.
