Sasmita Mohanty has been in the education sector for decades. She holds an M.A, M.Phil and B.Ed degree. Sasmita Mohanty has been a trainer and resource person for CBSE. She has earlier been the Vice Principal, Finance Head, Administrator and Principal of Phoenix Public School, Belgaum from 1992 to 2002. Between 2002 – 2004, she was the Principal of Sanjeevan Public School, a CBSE Residential School at Panhala, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Sasmita Mohanty has served as the Principal of Presidency School, Banerghatta Road, Bangalore. She was a History Lecturer for graduate students in DD Shinde Sarkar College,Kolhapur. Presently, she is the Director-Principal of Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
