Tamil Nadu Class 10 Board Exams 2026: Hall Tickets Released at dge.tnschools.gov.in

The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu (DGE) has issued hall tickets for the Class 10 (SSLC) board examinations 2026, scheduled to begin on March 11. More than 9 lakh students are set to appear for the exams, which will continue till April 6. Results are expected to be announced tentatively on May 20.

Hall tickets can be downloaded from dge.tnschools.gov.in/hallticket and are accessible only to school heads using the application number and date of birth. Students must collect their individual admit cards from their respective schools, as the document is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.

How Schools Can Download Hall Tickets

  1. Visit dge.tn.gov.in and click on the “Hall Ticket” option
  2. Select the TN SSLC March 2026 Hall Ticket link
  3. Enter the required login credentials
  4. Download and print the admit cards for distribution

Students are advised to verify all details on the hall ticket upon receipt and carry it on every exam day.

Meanwhile, the March–April 2026 Tamil Nadu board examination cycle will see over 17.61 lakh students appearing across classes. The Class 12 (Plus Two) examinations began on March 2, with language papers on the first day. Results for Class 12 are expected on May 8.
