I prioritize professional development for staff, providing coaching and mentorship to support their growth. Additionally, I coach students to foster their academic and personal development. In terms of strategic planning, I manage budgets and resources effectively, allocating funds to support instructional programs and staff training, said she.
Param Jyoti believes in gender equality by leading by example, ensuring equal opportunities for all students and staff, addressing biases and stereotypes, offering gender-sensitive education, providing professional development on gender equality, supporting gender-responsive policies, encouraging female leadership, and collaborating with stakeholders. Through these actions, we foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and acceptance where everyone is valued for their abilities.
