What AI tools or platforms (if any) are currently being used in your school? How have they impacted student engagement and learning outcomes?

To make learning more engaging we have incorporated the following key AI integrated systems in our teaching- learning process:

  • Microsoft Teams powered with  AI integration-

MS Teams has been of a greater advantage to the educators to refine assignment instructions and tracking of the assignments, organize classes, conduct a test and to give personalized feedback.

  • Khan Academy with AI based mentoring :

We have committed Khan Lab for our students which offers personalized training and teaching assistance, gives step-by-step guidance through exercises and videos in subjects like Mathematics.

It additionally helps the educators to assign tasks to the students stage by stage and keep track of their progress. The major focus through Khan Academy is that students learn as per their pace.

  • 3D Labs with AI integrative:

3D labs in education are immersive learning environments where students can visualize and associate with complex concepts using 3D animation and simulations.

Students benefit by gaining better concept clarity where an abstract or complex topic becomes more engaging and intuitive.

Improves and increases the retention capacity of the students as they tend to keep in mind visuals more successfully than a literary substance.

It empowers interest and changes an inactive learning environment into a dynamic one, making the learning process fun, and allowing expanded support while boosting students’ confidence and interest.

This makes a difference in bridging the learning gaps among students who are not able to benefit from the conventional strategy.

Do you believe AI can support or replace certain teaching functions? If yes, which ones?

Yes, AI can support and partially replace in certain teaching functions such as-

Content or resource preparation and Personalization: It can enable lessons to be designed to the students’ pace of learning, their individual learning styles and varied understanding levels.

Assessment and Feedback: It helps in grading multiple choice, fill in the blanks, short answers and provides immediate feedback, helping reinforce learning in real-time.

Data Analysis and insights: AI helps in providing real-time analytics of student activity like assignment submissions, class room interactions and resource utility.

AI tools benefit educators to identify the students who are falling behind and allows for timely intervention and support.

What would an AI-powered school look like by 2030?

An AI-powered school will offer customized learning paths keeping in view student’s pace, strengths, and interests.  Smart classrooms with tools like AR/VR would engage students with interactive sessions.

AI assistance to teachers enables them to focus more on mentoring, creativity, and emotional intelligence. Student collaboration across the borders through enhanced global connectivity. AI would monitor and support mental health and inclusion.
