BrightCHAMPS, a prominent provider of innovative learning programmes for K-12 students, has announced its acquisition of Mumbai-based K12 education marketplace Edjust. This marks BrightCHAMPS’ fourth acquisition and underscores its commitment to expanding its educational offerings. The transaction, involving both cash and stock, remains undisclosed in financial terms.
The acquisition will see Edjust’s founders spearheading a new distribution channel for BrightCHAMPS. This soon-to-be-launched vertical will focus on academic subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English, aiming to enhance students’ overall success and readiness for the future.

Edjust, established in 2022 by seasoned EdTech professionals, is reshaping how parents navigate education decisions. The platform simplifies the process by providing comprehensive comparisons, blockchain-secured evaluations, and advanced tools to assist parents in selecting the best educational fit for their children.
