On 10 September 2025, the Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka, buzzed with inspiration as the Cfore School Excellence Awards Ceremony 2025, powered by Brainfeed, unfolded. This prestigious event, a beacon for educational innovation, brought together educators, thought leaders, and institutions to celebrate transformative contributions to India’s education landscape. With a rich agenda of keynote addresses, award presentations, and insightful discussions, the ceremony underscored the pivotal role of visionary leadership in shaping future-ready learners.
The day, led by KV Brahmam, Editor-in-Chief of Brainfeed Magazine, and Premchand Palety, Founder of Cfore, symbolising the enlightenment education brings. Palety’s welcome note highlighted Cfore’s mission to foster excellence, setting the stage for a day of reflection and recognition.
The keynote address by Mr. Jayaram, Director of The Valley School, Bengaluru, explored “Nurturing Sensitivity and Human Potential through Education.” Drawing on 36 years of experience and Jiddu Krishnamurti’s philosophy, Jayaram inspired attendees to prioritise holistic learning. This was followed by the Lifetime Achievement Awards, honouring luminaries like Dr. Sarojini Rao, Ms. Avnita Bir, Dr. Revathi Srinivasan, Mrs. Meena Kak, Dr. Gita Karan, and Mr. Jayaram for their decades-long contributions to child-centred, inclusive education.
Lt. Gen. Arjun Ray’s address on “Critical Thinking in the Age of AI” sparked dialogue on integrating technology with critical skills, while the Cfore Inspiring Edu Leader Awards recognised leaders like Mr. Ajay Singh and Ms. Anita Malhotra for their innovative approaches. A roundtable on “Well-Being, Mental Health & Student Agency” emphasized creating emotionally intelligent learners, moderated by esteemed panelists.
The afternoon featured Mr. Manit Jain’s insights on AI adoption in schools, followed by Dr. Ashok Kumar Pandey’s address on “Schools for Viksit Bharat,” aligning NEP 2020 with Indian Knowledge Systems. Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, CISCE Chief, shared perspectives on competency-based learning, enriching the discourse. The Cfore School Rankings 2025 Awards, the event’s highlight, celebrated schools setting benchmarks in excellence.
The evening session, marked by Mr. Siddharth Anand’s talk on “Sport as Education,” underscored the role of sports in holistic development. Further Lifetime Achievement Awards honoured Dr. BS Yadav, Ms. Abha Adams, Mr. Pramod Sharma, and Ms. Nita Aroa. Dr. Arunabh Singh’s address on transforming education through technology and Ms. Abha Adams’ insights on empowering school communities added depth to the discussions. The Innovative Products Awards and final Cfore School Rankings 2025 Awards capped the evening.
